Thank you who ever wrote this for the help, but i went to goldenrod and above the magnet train wasnt the move deleters house it was the nickname rater. the move deleters house is actually in blachthorne lol. and its the man closest to the left hand wall. then the man next to him teaches your Pokemon a move for a heart scale, next theres the old woman she teaches you th ultimate dragon move and then the last old man teaches that special ultimate move to either of starter Pokemon.
hydro cannon=blastoise, feraligatr, empoleon ect.
Frenzy plant= venusaur, Magaium, Torterra ect.
(soz can't remember the ame of fire move)= charizard, blaziken, infernape ect.
