You can buy G.Bars for a hefty price from the Auria shop. You can get the money to do so buy doing some extensive training or buy doing quests around the city. For example, if you save the woman's son from Fairy Woods, and she will pay you; if you give the man above the shop some vitamins, he will pay you; if you talk to an old man in the upstairs of one of the large houses with Nina and give him a massage, he will pay you; if you raid the houses, you will find money.
Also, there is another G.Bar that you can find in L & D Cave (the cave beside Auria). Note that you need two G.Bars to progress in the plot. One you need to give to Gobi/Manillo, and the other you need to give to some man in Bleak in order to obtain an Icicle, which is required to get into the desert.
