The black belt is at the bottom of a patch of grass just before you enter Hearthome City on route 208 to the east of Hearthome, NOT route 209 to the west.

ANSWER NO 2 and you should read this one on the bottom cause it shorter but with a bit more detail. you must get the odd keystone which can be in two different places, one you can obtain it in twinleaf town in the little pond you will find it on the left side or from a karate black belt then go to solaceon town put one of the odd keystones in the little lost tower at the bottom of solaceon town then go underground and greet 32 people and finnally you go back to the little lost tower and press A and you will battle SPIRITOMB! typhoon me in i went to the little pond and i found nothing typhoon me out if your extremely lucky you can dig and find keystones underground. yo typhoon me in guy the odd keystone is in the pond look for it on your right GET IT!!!

The odd Keystone can be found in three different ways. The easiest way is to talk to the black belt on Route 208. He'll give it to you. Another way is to use the item finder in Twinleaf Town (on the water). The last way is to go underground after you beat the Elite four. But it's really hard to dig it up, cause you don't see it too often.
