You must get an Odd Keystone that can be obtained by talking to a Black Belt person west of Hearthome City. Once you have obtained the Odd Keystone, east of Hearthome City to Route 209 and you will find a Broken Tower. Press A near the tower and use the Odd Keystone on it. After that has been done, you must go underground and talk to 32 people. Once you have talked to 32 people AFTER putting in the keystone, you must go to the Hallowed Tower (The one you put the keystone in) and press A. A Spiritomb should pop out and battle you.

you must get the odd keystone which can be in two different places, one you can obtain it in twinleaf town in the little pond you will find it on the left side or from a karate black belt then go to solaceon town put one of the odd keystones in the little lost tower at the bottom of solaceon town then go underground and greet 32 people and finnally you go back to the little lost tower and press A and you will battle SPIRITOMB!
