So there's a trainer on cycling road at the top he's a biker on the far left he has a primeape and machoke you can easily beat him with your ghost type Pokemon because both his Pokemon don't have a move that can hurt you! On top of that there's a karate girl on seven island with only fighting types again you can use your ghost type to easily win.
