It is not 'on' the PSP, it is something on special routers. The PSP is asking you to press the button on the router, not locate a button on the PSP.
First, you need to update your PSP's version to 5.03. After that, Download a homebrew called "ChickHEN R2" and "e-loader". Try searching it on youtube by typing "PSP ChickHEN R2".
