There are no R2 and L2 buttons on the PSP. For any games that require them (usually converted PSX games), R2 and L2 are mapped to the PSP's analogue stick.

There are not any, there is only L and R If you want to play a ps1 game or any game that needs l2 or r2, you will have to modify your analog stick on the psp to act as those buttons.

yes most of the controls are the same but in PS3 there are L2 and R2 where in in PSP there's only one for each.
