There are no R2 and L2 buttons on the PSP. For any games that require them (usually converted PSX games), R2 and L2 are mapped to the PSP's analogue stick.
If a game requires the R2 and L2 buttons, these are usually mapped to the PSP's analogue stick to the lower left of the screen.
R1 is the right 'shoulder' button. There is no formal R2 on a PSP but if a game needs it, it defaults to the analog stick, pushed to the right.
