in canalave city, go to sailor eldritch's house post hall of fame. his son is sick and he needs the lunar wing to make him better. he takes you there where you will meet cresselia. it runs off and leaves the lunar wing. sadly you have to relinquish the lunar wing now because the sailor needs it. now cresselia is flying around sinnoh like mesprit, awaiting capture.
What do you do after you get the Lunar Wing?
After getting the Lunar Wing in Pokemon Diamond, Pearl or Platinum you can take it to Canalave City. In Canalave city is a NPC called Eldritch who is the same one who took you to Fullmoon Island. Giving Eldritch the Lunar Wing will wake his son from his nightmares.
How do you get to newmoon island on Pokemon Pearl?
Actully it`s Fullmoon island.Get the National dex and go into sailor eldritch`s house in canalave city.Talk to the kid in bed he says something about darkrai.Go to guy that takes you to iron island. he says something about the crescent wing.He takes you to Fullmoon island. You can also use a action replay to pull this off. You must to what is above and use the action replay cheat walk though walls. then walk to your right after the sailor drops you off because of the the cheat you would be able to walk on water, as you continue try not to get lost ( you may use a Pokemon that knows the move fly as a last resort) if you continue right you should arrive at new moon island
