You can also use a action replay to pull this off. You must to what is above and use the action replay cheat walk though walls. then walk to your right after the sailor drops you off because of the the cheat you would be able to walk on water, as you continue try not to get lost ( you may use a Pokemon that knows the move fly as a last resort) if you continue right you should arrive at new moon island
