in Pokemon Sapphire, if you beat the seventh gym in mossdeep city, you can get kyogre. NOTE: I DO NOT RECCOMEND USING THE MASTERBALL ON IT. I DID AND I SERIOUSLY CAN'T GET LATIAS. Anyway, afterwards just surf west to route 124 and then south to route 126. Dive in the big ring and enter the cavern go up to sootopolis city.fly back to mossdeep. go south on route 127. if you go strait down from the trees nearby, there will be a place to dive like a big claw. go down and enter that cavern. go north, north, northeast, north, north, and north. then go to the south end and see kyogre wake up. you will leave. fly to anyware but sootopolis and buy ultra balls and timer balls. then fly to sootopolis. go 2 the gym and surf west until you land. go up the steps, follow steven or something up up up up up down down down down down. hey, the fat guy blocking the entrance to the cave of origin is letting you in. go inside through the freaky maze going down and then boom its kyogre yay. Try to save your masterball for latias. its much harder to catch. that goes for Sapphire. ruby is the same thing, except save masterball for latios. emerald, save it for NOT RAQUAZA whoever you pick (red= latias, blue= latios)
