Where is houndour in the safari zone in Pokemon emerald?

After beating the elite four, head to the safari zone, once u come out of the door, walk north, until the road allows u to turn right then go right all the way and you'll find a water fall(new area),walk past the zigzag part of the river and go north until u reach a stairs turn right and you'll see a lady standing there,u'll get houndour there. PS: bring a lvl 36 Pokemon and put it as your first Pokemon(as houndour is also lvl 36 and the rest of the Pokemon in that grass patch is below 36 except milktank) and use max repels.it will help. max repels only allows you to avoid Pokemon that levels are lower than your first Pokemon in party
