you can only get darkrai by an event and get a member card to gain access to go to the house north of the Pokemon center in canalave city, you will meet a mystorious guy in the house standing in front of the door waiting for to go to sleep then you will go into a nightmare and you wil meet new moon island,go in the forest then you will see darkrai, when you catch or defeated him,a voice will wake you up and the sailor will say he was worried about you because you slept for hours and you will see more in the game.
