Teldrasil is off the Northern coast of Kalimdor. It is an Island with several subzones. To get there, you have to either take a boat or flight path to the village of Rut'Theran Village and go through the portal that is there. It is the only way in, aside from having a mage port you there. Alliance players can take the flight path once it is learned and don't need to bother with the slow boat, but Horde players going for achievements must take the boat, which can be a little tricky if you do not have stealth.
