Manual patching is no longer needed, just go to Battle.net and log onto your account, then select World of Warcraft and download the client.
You go to your battle.net account, and log in. Click on your World of Warcraft account and check the subscription details. It should tell you how much game time you have, and when your subscription is due to be renewed.
You go to the World of Warcraft website and in the top right corner I believe it will say Log In/ Register. And you just register. If you didn't buy the game already you can use a trial account to see if you like it!
A Blizzard Authenticator is a physical or mobile device used to provide an additional layer of security for accessing Blizzard Entertainment services like World of Warcraft or Overwatch. It requires a generated code to be entered along with your password to log in, helping prevent unauthorized access to your account.
After installing the Burning Crusade, your account also needs to be upgraded to make use of the new event. Go to the BattleNet website (see related links), log in with your details, and find your World of Warcraft subscription. Here you will find an option to "Add Game". Simply put in the authentication key from your TBC CD, and your account will work.
Log-in to account management (Link attached) and reactivate your account by paying the monthly subscription fee or using the key from a pre-paid game time card
