You can find vulpix at the top of Mt. Pyre (around where the old people are, the tall grass). the only place i think vulpix is, is in before the fog comes up, and chimecho is in the fog areas (just to tell you that) To bad it's easier to find vulpix there (I've seen info saying it's there about 2% of the time)
To get a chimecho is quite easy i got it on my 3rd or 4th shot !! mostly its duskull's that u see
