if u become the champion go 2 veilstone go to the passage down wards then near the beauty there is a opening follow it if it says spring path your in the right place ^^ use rockclimb to get down you will see a wall talk to it it will have unown writing then go throught some of the doors WARNING do not use rock smash or you will have to start again! when you see a pillar in the middle it will say a number that tells you how many more doors closer you are to him if u have Pokemon platinum if u catch or defeat him you will have to chance to re battle Cyrus in the distortion world but you have to find him al over again..........hope this helped ^^
