But if you happen to have FR or LG or you are going to get it, then you obtain Eevee in Celadon city. You must head up to the top of the Mansion there. (I think you have to get in from the back) then head all the way up to the top floor. There will be a man facing a board. Talk to him and he will tell you to take that Pokeball on the table which contains Eevee, and this Pokemon evolves into 5 different kinds of Pokemon: - Eevee into Vaporeon= Water stone - Eevee into Jolteon= Thunder stone - Eevee into Flareon= Fire stone - Eevee into Espeon= Happiness during the day - Eevee into Umbreon= Happiness at night...
