Tyranitar isn't anywhere in the wild in Pokemon FireRed. You will need to evolve it from Pupitar. It is required to get a Larvitar first, however; it is in Seavault Cave and can evolve into Pupitar at level 30, then Pupitar into Tyranitar at level 55.
In emerald and ruby, sapphire is Blaziken. D and P is Giratina FireRed and LeafGreen is Tyranitar
You can't, you either have to trade one from FireRed or LeafGreen, or trade the purified Tyranitar from Pokemon Colusseum and breed it.

On seven island you can catch larvitar train it to level 36 it will become pupitar train that to level 55 and you will get a tyranitar.
Look for larvitar on seven island catch it then train it to level 36 it will become a pupitar then train it to level 55 and it will become a tyranitar.
