its not a poition its a poke Flute and to get it you have to go to the game corner in celadon then go to the back there should be a guy standing there talk to him then he'll fight you if you beat him he'll move then go to the poster and your guy will say a secret switch press it? answer yes then youl go down some stairs get the silph scope then go to ghost tower and youl be able to see ghost Pokemon get to the top and beat three rockets then talk to the guy at the back and he'll give you the pokeflute then you can wake up snorlax hope this helped
