you need to get onto the other island by using the canoe first. then if you follow the arrows it will lead you to the plane crash. just at the bottom of it as you approach the plane you will see a metal bar. touch it and click pick up. you now have a metal bar and are able to make a crowbar. if you make the crowbar then you can go to the ship and open the door. inside will be a crate with some other objects in.
