You have to go to the Underground and dig through alot of rock to find the Fire Plate... i think i found my second Mind Plate in the underground.. so yeah that's where you go. I hope this helped.
Also if you want a Shieldon (only in Platinum) dig in the Underground and Cranidos (only in Diamond. I don't have Pearl so i don't know about Pearl) Underground again!!
