You'll need a Pokemon (Maybe red Gyarados if you caught it) with the move Surf, as well as a good rod or a super rod. Surf out into the water and start to fish! Try any of the patches of Surfing water and fish freely for a Remoraid. there is a chance you'll find a Poliwag or a Magikarp. It is almost certain that there will be Magikarp there.
