You can't just go 'Find' Rampardos. You have to go in the underground (it doesn't matter if there is no one else there) and just tap the screen until you see sparkles on the screen and go up to it and hit the 'A' button. Then you dig in the wall and it tells you how many things there are in that spot in the wall. Just keep digging around until you find a Skull Fossil. There are other ones, a Skull Fossil gets you Craniados, the Root Fossil gives you Lileep, and the Claw Fossil gives you Anorith. When you find the fossil you want, (DON'T forget to put the fossil in your bag) go to Oreburgh city and go into the Mining Museum and talk to the man in the white coat at the desk. Do what he says. And then just level up Craniados. I have a Rampardos, he's awesome ;D

it is hard,but you need to go underground with the platinum drace,the drace is in the stark mountain right up the top,it helps you to find Pokemon that normally don't appear very well,like aipom,combee,heracross,but go underground with a drace and use it underground,then Pokemon ca appear for 5000 steps,(but great Pokemon like rampardos) so just use the drace go into secret base,if you have a TV click on it and will say ''a Pokemon somehow appeared!'' and you go to the middle of your base,then a lv.90 rampardos appeared!
