Where do you catch regice in Pokemon Ruby?

If you already unlock the chambers of REGIROCK REGISTEEL AND REGICE you can now get the three of them I already caught regirock and registeel but not regice there is a cheat if you are using computer with GBA emulator you can catch them easily don't worry they are only lv. 40 so if you already defeated the elite four it will be easy but hard to catch here's the cheat press shift+F1 then you will see down wrote estate 1 then if you are defeated in one of the battles you can just press F1 then it will repeat but if you're Pokemon had level up after you shift+F1 it will not be saved you can catch REGICE by pressing A in the BRAILLE then wait till the door is opened thank you please comment this cheat is really working I've been defeated by the elite four many times but I didn't lose any money......!!!!!( I defeated them in lv. 50 all my Pokemon....:D) wait you can find regice up dewford to the left if there is an island with a hiker go to the island then you surf up you'll see the island of REGICE
