In the grass in route 44 to find the grass when you go right to route 44 from mahogany town go down a bit then turn right when you see some water surf right [If one of your Pokemon knows surf] then surf up a bit then surf right until you land on the grassy bit then find a lickitung [If you want one] then to get out of the grass just surf until you land in another part of route 44
