How do you summon Horus the Black Flame Dragon Lv8?
When Horus Lv6 destroys a monster by battle, you may send it to the Graveyard it to special summon Horus Lv8 in your end phase. Or, the card Level Up!! can bring him out too. Even though Lv6 is unaffected by spell cards, you are sending it to the Graveyard as a Cost, so you can still do it.
How do you summon relinquished?
Relinquished is Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card Black Illusion Ritual. It requires a monster as a Tribute to Special Summon Relinquished from your Hand. Once Relinquished is successfully Ritual Summoned, if it is sent to the Graveyard, it is eligible to be Special Summoned from it. You cannot Special Summon Relinquished from the Graveyard unless it was successfully Ritual Summoned first.
How do you summon 'Dragon Master Knight'?
You need to Fusion Summon it by using 'Black Luster Soldier' and 'Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon'. You must use Fusion Summon, so cannot being it out using cards like 'Cyber Stein' or 'Summoner of Illusions'. However you can use Fusion Substitutes like 'King of the Swamp' in place of one of the components.
