(OR) If you have Fire Red or Leaf Green in the GBA slot of your NDS Lite and have captured Raikou ( available if your chosen starter Pokemon was Squirtle ) you can migrate Raikou to Diamond catch it along with 6 other Pokemon of your choice in the Pal Park* at the end of route 221.
* To access the Pal Park you must have obtained the National PokeDex from Professor Oak when the Sinnoh Region PokeDex is completed.
