Just click on the links to download them. http://esnips.com- I had trouble with this site at first. Basically, in the search bar, tyoe in : (what type of mugen like (megaman or kingdom hearts)) mugen characters. The click on one of the results that best fits what you are looking for. sometimes you will get a page full of downloads or 1 download with al the characters on that.
