to do secret missions on club penguin you must first become a secret agent which if i remember is at the top right hand corner. then when you become an agent you will be given a phone and when you click on it it will say 'telleport to HQ' you click that and you'll be at the HQ and at the bottom Right hand corner there's a dark green pad which takes you to the missions.
