It only learns one move, Petal Dance, at level 44. If you do not evolve your gloom until then, it can learn other moves. But, like most Pokemon you use stones on, they learn very few, if any new moves.
My suggestion, if you already evolved Gloom, is to use TMs.

yes but you don't know what moves the day care lady will change
Simisear, being evolved with a stone, does not learn any new moves on its own. Just like raichu and similar pokemon, once you evolve pansear with the firestone, it will no longer learn any moves on its own. It is best to wait before you evolve your pansear, so it can learn better moves, and THEN evolve it. If it's already evolved, you need to use TMs and HMs to teach it better moves.
some Pokemon do learn some don't
It learns Harden at level 7, and that's it.
Go to the Move Tutor who teaches Poke'mon moves in exchange for items called Heart Scales. You can find him in the town North of Meteor Falls. When you give him a Heart Scale, he will ask you which Pokemon wants to learn a new move. Choose your Blaziken. Then he will give you a list of moves. Choose Fire Punch.
