The United States event is held at Toys 'R' Us and the Australian/New Zealand event is held at EB Games/GAME and Toys 'R' Us. Both Zoroarks are level 50 and knows Agility, Embargo, Punishment and Snarl. Also if you breed a Zoroark with a ditto you will get a Zorua egg since Zoroark technically isn't a legendary pokemon.
