Once you complete that, go to the Olivine Lighthouse and you need to complete it. you then need to get some medicine for a sick Pokemon when you reach the top. The medicine is from the other city. it is located in, Cianwood. You give it to the gym leader at the top of the lighthouse and battle her. if you win then You should get a call .
