The Sims 3 mistletoe is in the Sims 3 Seasons folder. 1. Go into Buy Mode. 2. On the left hand side of the Buy, in the rectangular box, you should go down and find "folders". 3. Click Sims 3 Seasons. 4. Scroll down until you find mistletoe. You can also purchase mistletoe at the winter festival by redeeming festival tickets at the concession stand.
