What you do to trade the legendary dogs from collosium to emerald?

First beat the game in colosseum and in emerald, Second after beating colosseum go to phenac city and go to the Pokemon center then go downstairs get the dogs from the PC oh and make sure there purified then talk to the lady and say yes to all her questions. Now you need a GBA to GCN cable and hook it up to gamecube socket 2 and your GBA or GBASP then in emerald save your game in a Pokemon center with the Pokemon you want to trade then after saving turn it off then return it on wait for the connection to be made then start trading, to trade use the gamecube controller to press A on raikou or suicune or entei then using the GBA or GBASP's Dpad pick the Pokemon you want to trade press A and press A until the trade starts and there ya go.
