There is so many things you can do after you beat the story mode.So many,in fact,that nobody else (as of now) has awnsered this question.I suggest buying the manual book.I was at barnes and noble shopping for books when i stumbled across the Pokemon black and white manual book.I looked through it and found a lot of fun stuff to do after beating the elite four.

What do you have to do to beat Pokemon Black and White?
Once you have beaten Ghetsis the Elite-four will be harder (as it is in every game.)beat them and then all the rare pokemons' caves will be open and you will have beaten the whole game. (and then even after that you can battel the champion from pearl and dimond, found in Undella town) the house to the left of the Pokemon center.)
