Building a good Tuner/Synchro deck centers on getting monsters out on the field as fast as you can to Synchro Summon. If you want to specialize in which Synchro Monster(s) you want to summon you can still start with these simple card combos:

  1. "Summoner Monk" - By using its effect you can quickly Special Summon a Level 4 Tuner monster from your deck then Synchro Summon for a Level 8 monster.
  2. "Rescue Cat" - Use its effect to Special Summon a Level 3 or lower Tuner and a Level 3 or lower non-Tuner. Note that so far "X-Saber Airbellum" is the only Beast Tuner monster you will be able to summon.
  3. "Maurading Captain" - Special Summon another Warrior Tuner to Synchro Summon.
  4. "Black Salvo" - Special Summon a Level 4 DARK Machine and quickly summon a Level 7 Synchro Monster.

Can you special summon a synchro monster?

Almost all Synchro Monsters specify "One Tuner + one or more non-Tuner monsters" or similar. However XX-Saber Gottoms does not, as well as a Tuner, he just requires Earth monsters as components, these can be Earth attribute Tuners if you wish. Also, Red Nova Dragon has two tuners as a requirement.

What should a good synchro deck have?

In my opinion,a good synchro deck should have a mix of attributes whereas the monsters should be a mix of attack defense.

What is a Synchro card?

A Synchro Monster is a type of Monster card kept in the Extra Deck. To summon it, you must have a Tuner monster on your field along with enough non-Tuner monsters to equal the level of the monster in question. Take Stardust Dragon for example; it's a Level 8 Synchro Monster, so you need a Tuner monster and any number of other monsters whose Level combined with the Tuner's equals 8. Then you can just send those cards to the Graveyard to summon the Synchro monster.

What is a Synchro Monster?

Synchro Monsters are the newest type of Monster Card. Their color frame is white and include "/Synchro" next to their Monster Type. They are included in the Extra Deck (formally known as the Fusion Deck) along with the Fusion Monsters (Note that with the release of Synchro Monsters, Konami has placed a limit of 15 cards in an Extra Deck. This means that you can only have a combined total of 15 Fusion and Synchro Monsters in your Extra Deck). You must Synchro Summon a Synchro Monster to place it on the field. To Synchro Summon a monster, you must have one Tuner Monster and one or more non-Tuner Monsters face-up on the field. The combined Levels of the Tuner Monster and the other monsters you wish to use as Synchro Material Monsters must equal the Level of the Synchro Monster. Once these requirements are met, you can send the monsters to the Graveyard to Synchro Summon the appropriate Synchro Monster face-up onto your side of the field (this is treated as a Special Summon as well). It is important to note that the Tuner Monster and the other Synchro Material Monsters must be FACE-UP on the field. Almost always, you cannot use more than one Tuner Monster in the Synchro Summon (except in the case of XX-Saber Gottoms). For more information regarding Synchro Monsters, click the first "Related Link" below. For more help on how to Synchro Summon, click on the second "Related Link" below.

How do you summon Synchro Monsters?

Synchro Monsters can be summoned from the Extra Deck (formally known as the Fusion Deck) by a Synchro Summon.A Synchro Summon can only be performed with one Tuner Monster and one or more face-up, non-Tuner monsters you control (with XX-Saber Gottoms as the exception, who can be Synchro Summoned with more than one Tuner Monster). You can tell if a monster is a Tuner by looking at the card type and seeing "/Tuner" next to it. For example, you can tell Junk Synchron is a Tuner since its card text shows "[Warrior/Tuner]".In order to Synchro Summon a Synchro Monster, the Levels of the monsters used must equal the Level of the Synchro Monster. For example, Gaia Knight - the Force of the Earth is a Level 6 Synchro Monster. That means Junk Synchron, a Level 3 monster, would need a monster(s) whose Level equals 3 to Synchro Summon that Synchro Monster (or any other Level 6 Synchro Monster for that matter). Once you have met the requirements, you can send the monsters from the field to the Graveyard and Synchro Summon the Synchro Monster (this still counts as a Special Summon).Just remember, unlike Gaia Knight - the Force of the Earth, who doesn't have any specific requirements besides a combined Level of 6, some other Synchro Monsters do. Some require specific Types, Attributes, Archetypes or monsters to be used.

In Yu-Gi-Oh tcg what is a syncro summon?

Synchro Summoning is the process of Special Summoning a Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck onto your side of the field by utilizing a Tuner Monster and various non-Tuner Monsters whose combined Levels must match the Level of the Synchro Monster. Yu-Gi-Oh tuner deck?

Tuner monsters are monsters that are used for synchro summon. They usually have low ATK and DEF so it's better if you have lots of cards that can support them. OR better yet stall your opponent using Gravity bind or Level Limit Area B since Tuner monsters are LV3 and lower.

Where can you find powerful sycnro and tuner monster cards?

My apologies but this question can not be easily answered. There are a variety of different Synchro and Tuner monsters that exist in Yu-Gi-Oh!. Each and every one of them are powerful in there own way. I can not answer this question directly because, depending on the type of your deck, a different Tuner monster would have a different effect on the speed and play of your deck. However, I can tell you were to obtain Synchro and Tuner monsters in general. Synchro and Tuner monster cards were released in the packs; The Duelist Genesis, Crossroads of Chaos, Crimson Crisis, Raging Battle, and Ancient Prophecy so far in the TCG game itself.

How do you summon Thought Ruler Archfiend?

The same way as any regular Synchro monster. You need to send one Tuner monster, and one or more non-Tuner monsters, with a combined level of 8, to the graveyard. Then you can place 'Thought Ruler Archfiend' from your Extra Deck into play, as a Synchro Summon.

Are you allowed to syncro summon from you hand in Yu-Gi-Oh?

Generally, no. Synchro Summoning is almost always done on the field similar to Contact Fusion. There are some exceptions to this rule such as the card: Eccentric Boy. It allows you to use monsters in your Hand as the other Synchro Material Monsters, similar to Polymerization.Eccentric BoyWIND/Spellcaster/Tuner/Effect/Level 3ATK: 800DEF: 200When using this card as a Synchro Material Monster, the other Synchro Material Monster is 1 monster in your hand. The Synchro Monster that used this card as a Synchro Material Monster cannot activate its effects, has its effect(s) negated, and is Removed from Play when it is removed from the field.

How many synchro's can you put in a deck?

You can have up to 15 synchro's or fussion monsters total in your extra deck.

Is upperdeck bringing out new types of yugioh cards called Synchro Psychic and tuner monsters?

yes, Synchro Monsters are new cards that when having the right cards on the field allows you to synchro summon them from your extra deck(fusion deck). Psychic is a new type of mpnster that have effects that negate cards through monster effects by paying lifepoints, and some give you life points. Tuner monsters are considered normal and effect monsters and when on the field allows you to release(sacrifice) one tuner monster and one or more non-tuner monsters that allow you to synchro summon a synchro monster from your deck. Example: I have a face up Junk Synchron(Tuner) Lv. 3 and a face up defense speed warrior(Non-tuner) Lv. 2. I release both to synchro summon Junk Warrior Lv. 5. So basically you release a tuner and a non-tuner whose stars add up to the level of the synchro monster you want to summon. One more thing there are new rules as well. First off, 40 cards are the minimum amount of cards you can have and 60 is the max. Second, some terms have been changed; sacrifice is changed to release, tribute summon is changed to advance summon, and fusion deck is changed to advance summon. The third rule is that instead of having 15 cards even in your side deck, you can have 14 or even one. So its not set to a certain number but no more than 15. The last rule is that you can only have 15 cards in your extra deck and you can't go over that limit. Sucks for elemental heroes, i mean they weren't that good before but this just kills the people that like to use lots of fusion.
