Is misdreavus a good Pokemon?
As a ghost pokemon, Misdreavus does well against other ghost types, as well as psychic types, but takes double damage from dark attacks, as well as other ghost attacks. It takes no damage from fighting and normal type moves, but ghost type moves can't damage normal types. Ghost type moves also don't work very well on dark or steel types. Keep in mind, though, that ghost type moves aren't the only type of moves that Misdreavus can learn. Ultimately, though, I think it comes down to a matter of opinion. I, for one, love Misdreavus, but hey, that's just me.

Somewhere between Level 30 and 45. There is no point in Grudge.

Misdreavus is in the Forest Area. Misdreavus does not just appear there, however. You have to place certain items to attract Misdreavus.
