if you mean in cash drops itself, i belive that god war dungeon bosses drop up to 5M with a hilt drop with coinshare. also, i do green dragons. if you're nonmembers, i would say...lesser demons, as they can drop rune meds, fire runes and chaos runes.
If your quite a low level nonmember player, then I would suggest cockroach drones: one trip got me around 21k. If your higher, then Cockroach workers and soldiers are brilliant. Hill Giants are quite good, but Moss Giants are better.
