The Nintendo 3DS will be able to play Nintendo DS and DSi games but games published for the Nintendo 3DS will not be compatible with those systems.
It can be played on ps3 and 3ds. 3ds is diffrent than the others
No. The NDS lite cannot play 3DS games in the first place so it will not be able to link with a 3DS. However, the 3DS is backwards compatible, meaning it'll play NDS games so it can link with the DS lite if playing a NDS game.
No. 3DS games are not compatible with the DSi XL.
No it will not. The 3DS does not have a Gameboy cartridge slot.
Animal Crossing: New Leaf. The release date is June 9, 2013
Animal Crossing 3DS
No, it's only available on the Switch
The people at the train station have their gate open in Animal Crossing 3DS.
There is a game called Animal Crossing City Folk for the Wii. There is a game called Animal Crossing Wild World for the Nintendo DS. There is a game called simply Animal Crossing for the N64 and the Gamecube. There is also an upcoming game with a working title of "Animal Crossing" for the 3DS. However, there is no game with the official title of Animal Crossing Country Folk. It's possible that the as-yet-unreleased 3DS game could be given that title, or it's possible that someone assumed that since there was a "city folk" game, there must be a "country folk" one as well. Most likely they mean the DS game, though its official title is "Wild World."
At the moment it's TBA (to be announced). There is no release date for Animal Crossing 3DS given yet.
There is: Animal Crossing: City Folk [Wii] Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City [FOR EUROPE] [Wii] Animal Crossing: Wild World [DS] Animal Crossing [Gamecube] Animal Forest [+E64, probably gamecube.] Animal Crossing: 3DS [Will come out in 2012] [3DS]

I will.
The date given for Animal Crossing 3DS is/was: 6/02/11 Another date given is/was: August 2nd
From what I know, no. The 3DS games have a something on the game card that doesn't let you put it in on other DS systems. To play Animal Crossing 3DS, you would need to buy a 3DS.
I don't see why not. Probs.
