The hardest quest in the game is the Collector Quest. It consists of finding 10 aleyd statues and sell them for a extremly good price. If you find them all, you will have a total sum of 10k at the end. You can find a statue i each of the following locations but you must have a statuette to start the quest and whatever you do. sell it to him! You can sell the statues at Umbacano Manor in talos plaza district and his manservant will speak top you when you enter and you can choose the option : "i have something of inerest to sell".
Here are the locations:
Culotte - A small Ayleid ruin southeast of the Imperial City containing undead (quest-related). (map):
Find the words "The Yellow Road" on your map. It's the road running from The Red Ring Road (around the Imperial City) to the eastern side of Leyawiin. This ruin is located near the letter "T" in words "The Yellow Road."
Fanacas - A small Ayleid ruin north of Cheydinhal containing vampires (quest-related). (map):
North of the "Ch" in "Cheydinhal" on your map.
Mackamentain - A medium Ayleid ruin containing necromancers northeast of Bravil (quest-related). (map):
There is a small lake located just to the left of the word "Basin" in "The Nibenay Basin". On the northwestern shore of this lake is this ruin.
Moranda - A medium Ayleid ruin between Chorrol and Bruma containing monsters (quest-related). (map):
Just south of "The" in "The Orange Road".
Ninendava - A small Ayleid ruin northeast of Chorrol containing vampires (quest-related). (map):
Just east of Sancre Tor, or northwest from Moranda and about half-way to Hermaeus Mora's shrine.
Vilverin - A large Ayleid ruin northeast of the Imperial City containing bandits and undead (quest-related). (map):
Directly across the water from where you exited the Imperial Prison sewers at the start of the game.
Welke - A medium Ayleid ruin east of Bravil containing undead (quest-related). (map):
There should be a smaller river southwest of the words "Panther River" on your map, follow that body of water up to the actual Panther River and where they meet is Welke.
Wendelbek - A large Ayleid ruin east of Bravil containing necromancers (quest-related). (map):
If you look at your map, right above the "P" in "Panther River" there is a smaller river. Now look at where the smaller river splits into two smaller ones. Wendelbek is right where they split.
Wendir - A medium Ayleid ruin between Chorrol and Skingrad containing undead (quest-related). (map):
Find "The Black Road" just south of Chorrol. South from the "a" in "Black" is Wendir.
Wenyandawik - A medium Ayleid ruin northwest of Bravil containing undead (quest-related). (map):
South of the "R" in the "Road" portion of "The Green Road" which is northwest of Bravil.
You can't cancel a quest, you just dont do it.

If you buy the Vile Lair download, I believe the Font of Renewal can cure vampirism. Otherwise, you need to go on the quest.

The quest A Brush with Death In Cheydinhal.
Defeating Mehrunes Dagon will close the Oblivion Gates, but you could still visit Oblivion afterwards if you do Peryite's daedric quest.
You need to be at least character level 20, before Boethiah will give you his quest.
You have to complete the quest for the daedric prince Nocturnal. You can get this quest by making an offering to the Shrine of Nocturnal and at the required level.
