there are several:
1) Bully is for Ps2, while scholarship edition is for Xbox 360 (glitchy), PC (extra glitchy) and wii (most stable release).
2) In Scholarship edition, there are new classes and new mission, along with multiplayer.
3) scholarship edition has enhanced graphics.
Truthfully, don't buy the PC version...get wii or xbox version
