There is no single "best way"; use whatever you like. Or perhaps a combination of methods, so as not to get bored. Which method is better also depends on whether your priority is to get magic experience fast, or to save money (or even earn money). Some of the methods are: fighting with magic spells; doing high alchemy; doing some of the enchantment spells; the Fist of Guthix activity (free, but somewhat slow); the members-only Mage Training Arena (this can actually earn you good money, reasonably fast).
I believe the only requirement is 55 defence. You have gotta finish "The Fremennik Isles" quest too.
Either Tormented Demons or Mithril Dragons for their drops mainly. Also there are the godwars bosses too, even more then Armadyl Boss.
hween event (its too late to get it now)
It doesn't really matter, but I recommend around 49-62. Level 100 would be best too.
No, The server that runescape is based on is way, way too advanced to be hacked into giving out free items.
From my experience the rock crabs found in rellekka and drags if your a higher lvl Rune wiki has a good combat guide too
By fighting. If you are a member, you can level up quickly with a dwarven multicannon - but that method is expensive. If you are not a member, or that method is too expensive for you, just use the best arrows and the best bow available for your level, get the best ranging clothes (green d-hide is the best for non-members, but is only available for higher levels), and shoot a lot of NPCs.
its highers your your agility level for a certain amount of time. It can be used to pass obstacles that might be otherwise too high for your level
too get to level 99 range (or any skill) on runescape, you have to train it. this will take along time! in the case of range, you must have a bow and arrow (or a crassbow with bolts) and you must use these range items on a monster, person or anything attackable! as you get too a higher level, you will be able to upgrade your bows and range items!
Wind blast and water blast or too much with death runes, i strongly suggest using any kind of bolt, depending on your enemy. It is mildly priced right now, its worth it but blasts arent for your lvlFrom Sprgal126
You can do a lot of magical combat. Or you can do the High Alchemy spell (once you have the level). There are other options, too.
personally i hate prayer i think its too hard to level up and also runecrafting is quite slow

Revenants levels do not change, if you happen to come across one, it may not attack you, it it's too high or too low, but be aware because that's quite far into the wilderness.
the way is too mine some stuff. Whati s your level in mining? If it is lower than 40 you should mine iron or coal to sell. if it is 40+ mine silver or gold. moneygrey is best
some are easy some things are harder to make and all items need a certain level they can be expensive too ~key
There is tonnes of monsters in runescape, and it's best not list them all here since there are just too many to be listed, but rest assured there is well over 1000's of different creatures.
