The ''hot tub'' in lavaridge town also considerably speeds up the egg hatching process.
Eggs usually hatch on their own anyway, you just need to do a bit of walking around first. Maybe try walking back to your home town of Littleroot? That's quite a lengthy journey, either way; just walk around until your egg hatches.
