To catch Pakia you will need lots of potions and other bits. You will also need a master ball or six ultra balls (you may not need all of them) .
Once you are at the Spear Pillar, defeat the Galactic Grunts before deafeating Commander Mars and Jupiter before the Boss. Use as many moves as you like.
After they have all been deafeated you will verse Palkia. In battle use your balls and catch it.
Warning: If you do not catch Palkia but kill it or run you will NEVER be able to get it again!
i caught it with my first ultra ball i threw I'm not bragging I'm just saying get it to yellow and throw ultra balls
