The best emc generator would be the blaze rod trick. Macerate a blaze rod to get 5 blaze powder, then turn those into more blaze rods. eventually you would have a ton of emc. You can automate this using Filters and pneumatic piping. I wouldnt suggest using buildcraft piping, being too slow. With filters, you can choose how much of an item to pull out. So you can take stacks of items rather than one by one through a wooden pipe. You can search a tutorial on YouTube.
The second one I know is a sugar cane farm. It is way way waaaaaaay far more crappy than the blaze rod farm, but its less cheaty, since getting free emc from blaze wasnt actually thought out by the mod creators.
