the sims 2 is a bit of an old game so i think to have the best video output you can use really any new computer that has come in the last year or so. but what is the best for any game including the sims is a nividia video card and go wiht an amd CPU. amd is basicly the same as Intel not one or the other is better but amd is much more cheaper. the main thing that you have to keep in mind is that youll need at the very least 512 mb of ram or 1 gb to not have any type of lagg (jerky movements)
