Since Groudon is a ground type go for a Ice-type or Grass-type move. Yes, I know that Ground-types are also weak to Water-type moves, but since Groudon has a Drought ability, Water is not as effective because of the sunlight. However since the drought ability boosts the effect of grass type move. In this case, use a special attack move (Groudon is slightly weak to sp. attack) like Solarbeam. This will do massive damage. Another hard-hitting move is Blizzard, an Ice-type sp. attack move. If you want to catch it, I would use a Physical Attack Water-type moves like Aqua Tail. This will hopefully help you with that Legendary Pokemon!
Primal - video game - happened in 2003.
There is no Groudon in Pokémon Crystal.
Actually you will not be able to find a Groudon in pokemon black or white. It's because you will not be able to find a Groudon in the wild. The only way you can get Groudon in pokemon black and white you will have to trade with someone who has a Groudon or you can use Global trade.
Groudon is unavailable in heartgold. You can only catch Kyogre. If you want groudon, you will have to trade from heartgold, or migrate from another game.
Primal Kyogre's new attack is Origin Pulse and Primal Groudon's new attack is called Precipice Blades.
The new forms of Groudon and Kyogre are called Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre which were their ancient forms that are awakened by their respective orbs; the Red Orb and the Blue Orb. Primal Kyogre retains Kyogre's Water-typing however it gains the Primordial Sea ability which activates a heavy version of Rain Dance until Primal Kyogre is removed from battle and during the ability's effects no Fire-type moves can be used.
They primal evolve when sent out in battle holding either a blue orb for kyogre or red orb for groudon
No Groudon will not be able to mega evolve in Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire however Groudon itself is capable of doing a primal reversion which will revert it into Primal Groudon but it needs to be holding the Red Orb item in order to become Primal Groudon and while the primal reversion is similar to the process of Mega Evolution the process of Primal Reversion is automatically triggered and does not count towards the limit of only one Mega Evolution per battle.
Primal Groudon is a fire and Ground-type Pokémon and will be seen in the Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire game.
well when u get far enough in the game u obtain this primal stone for groudon, give it to him as a held item and then go into battle, he will primal evolve right when the battle begins and can happen many times, not just once a battle
After you complete the Primal Kyogre or Primal Groudon narrative, you can go to the left of the Pokemon League entrance to obtain the Mewtwonite Y.
In Scorched Slab on B2F, after you complete the Primal Kyogre or Primal Groudon narrative, you can obtain the Charizardite Y in the bottom left corner of the floor.
The story will progress whether you capture Groudon or knock it out. If you knock it out though, you will have to wait in order to attempt capturing it again.
The game Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire has not yet been released. The game will be released in November. When the game comes out the ability of Primal Kyogre will known.
The details regarding the new De-evolution method in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire is that it's not a de-evolution mechanic but rather a Primal Reversion that will allow Groudon and Kyogre to revert to their Ancient forms of Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre however they will need to be holding the Red and Blue Orbs respectively in order to Primal revert and then as soon as they enter into a battle they will primal revert and Primal Pokémon do not count towards the "1 Mega Evolution per battle" limit.
