What is the Action Replay ABILITY Modifier code for HeartGold and Soul Silver US version?

So far there aren't any sign of the ability modifier code yet. The only way to change the ability is to download pokesav or to buy Pokemon platinum. I'm not sure that there are going to be a ability modifier code for HG or SS or else thy would have been made the code.
Actually, there IS a ability modifier. :D Look up on Google, heart gold action replay neoseeker. It is on that page, it is a very simple 2 line long code, that changes the ability of every pokemon. ^-^

I don't think you can get Latios in Heartgold legitimately. I'm pretty sure you can only get Latios in Heartgold by using an action replay code, such as the Pokemon Modifier Code. You could also trade it over from Soulsilver, I think.
