∙ 12y agoits umbreon(1-7 of eevees evolutions) you can see one if you go to 212 and battle a Pokemon collector or breed one. you can get a eevee by talking to bebe and evolve it 8pm-4pm or trade. you can also get a eevee after talkin to owner of the mansion on routr 212 after obtaining national dex
